Fabbrica italiana radiatori"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Una fornitura Rhoss a servizio dello stabilimento FIR &#8211; Fabbrica Italiana Radiatori, sito a Campogalliano, in provincia di Modena facente parte del gruppo SIRA INDUSTRIE; produce brand storici come FARAL SIRA E PASOTTI, marchi riconosciuti sul mercato mondiale che si distinguono per qualit\u00e0 dei prodotti, vocazione all\u2019innovazione e particolare attenzione all\u2019ambiente.<\/p>\n<p>Con lo studio di progettazione \u00e8 stata studiata una soluzione customizzata Rhoss per ottimizzare l\u2019efficienza in un ambizioso progetto di adeguamento degli impianti tecnologici a servizio del capannone industriale per la produzione e lo stoccaggio di radiatori. Progetto che mira ad <strong>ottimizzare l&#8217;efficienza<\/strong> con un approccio attento all&#8217;<strong>innovazione<\/strong> e alla <strong>sostenibilit\u00e0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019esigenza del cliente era di convertire un impianto con caldaie ad un impianto per la produzione di acqua calda ad alte temperature con sorgente completamente elettrica, vista la possibilit\u00e0 di sfruttare un campo di fotovoltaico di 3 MW.<\/p>\n<p>Numerose le unit\u00e0 Rhoss installate nei diversi locali:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nello stabilimento \u201c<strong>Produzione\u201d<\/strong> sono state installate 1 pompa di calore ad alta efficienza <strong>WinPOWER ECO<\/strong> THAETU 6780, gamma ecologica in <strong>R454B<\/strong> e 2 <strong>Booster<\/strong> TCHETZ 4360. I Booster sono simmetrici tra di loro per esser affiancati uno all\u2019altro e facilitare il parallelo idraulico tra le due unit\u00e0, con produzione di <strong>acqua calda a 78\u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Nello stabilimento \u201c<strong>Prodotti finiti<\/strong>\u201d \u00e8 stata installata 1 <strong>WinPOWER HE-A<\/strong> THAETY 4415, unit\u00e0 ad alta efficienza in pompa di calore ed un <strong>Booster<\/strong> TCHETZ 4360 HT (acqua a 78\u00b0C).<\/li>\n<li>Nell\u2019impianto \u201c<strong>Verniciatura<\/strong>\u201d, l\u2019acqua ad alta temperatura serve l\u2019acqua di processo della verniciatura di tipo epossidico: in questo particolare impianto infatti c\u2019\u00e8 bisogno di acqua calda per non cristallizzare la vernice in polvere che \u201ccade\u201d in eccesso su una vasca di acqua calda. Anche qui \u00e8 stata installata una pompa di calore <strong>WINPACK HE-A<\/strong> THAETY 2200 ed un <strong>Booster<\/strong> TCHETZ 2180 HT per la produzione di acqua calda a 78\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Potenza frigorifera totale: 1390 kW<\/p>\n<p>*********<\/p>\n<p>A Rhoss supply serving the FIR &#8211; Fabbrica Italiana Radiatori plant, located in Campogalliano, in the province of Modena and part of the SIRA INDUSTRIE group; it produces historical brands such as FARAL SIRA AND PASOTTI, brands recognized on the world market that stand out for the quality of their products, vocation for innovation and particular attention to the environment.<\/p>\n<p>With the engineering studio, a customized Rhoss solution was designed to optimize efficiency in an ambitious project to upgrade the technological systems serving the industrial warehouse for the production and storage of radiators. A project that aims to <strong>optimize efficiency<\/strong> with a careful approach to <strong>innovation<\/strong> and <strong>sustainability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The customer&#8217;s need was to convert a plant with boilers to a high-temperature hot water plant with an all-electric source, given the possibility of taking advantage of a photovoltaic field of 3 MW.<\/p>\n<p>Several Rhoss units were installed in the different plants:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 <strong>WinPOWER ECO<\/strong> THAETU 6780 high-efficiency heat pump, environmentally friendly range in <strong>R454B<\/strong>, and 2 TCHETZ 4360 <strong>Boosters<\/strong> were installed in the &#8220;Production&#8221; plant. The Boosters are symmetrical with each other to be side by side and facilitate hydraulic parallel between the two units, producing<strong> hot water at 78\u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In the &#8220;<strong>Finished Products<\/strong>&#8221; plant, 1 <strong>WinPOWER HE-A<\/strong> THAETY 4415, a high-efficiency heat pump unit and a TCHETZ 4360 HT Booster (78\u00b0C water) were installed.<\/li>\n<li>In the &#8220;<strong>Painting plant<\/strong>&#8220;, the high-temperature water serves the epoxy-type painting process water: in fact, in this particular plant there is a need for hot water so as not to crystallize the powder coating that &#8220;falls&#8221; in excess on a hot water tank.
