VERTIGA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un refrigeratore d&#8217;acqua monoblocco con <strong>condensazione ad aria<\/strong>, ventilatori elicoidali e<strong> compressori scroll<\/strong> a servizio del birrificio artigianale Vertiga a Rossano Veneto (VI)<\/p>\n<p>Il cliente necessitava di un&#8217;unit\u00e0 per la produzione di acqua refrigerata a -2\u00b0C per poter garantire sempre la corretta temperatura nelle varie fasi di produzione della birra.<\/p>\n<p>Si \u00e8 scelto di installare un chiller <strong>Compact-Y MD TCAEY 250<\/strong> in configurazione BT, unit\u00e0 con elevata efficienza ai carichi parziali, in versione silenziata, con pompa integrata a bassa prevalenza e tubazioni idrauliche interne in Acciaio Inox 304.<\/p>\n<p>Al termine del suo processo di cottura (ad una temperatura di circa 100\u00b0C) la birra viene fatta passare all\u2019interno di uno scambiatore di calore alimentato in controcorrente dall\u2019acqua precedentemente raffreddata dall&#8217;unit\u00e0 Rhoss (In 3\u00b0C Out -2\u00b0C) al fine di controllare la temperatura di uscita della birra (tra i 10\u00b0-20\u00b0C in funzione della tipologia).<\/p>\n<p>Finita questa fase la birra viene stoccata nei fermentatori dove l\u2019acqua refrigerata prodotta dal Chiller contrasta l\u2019effetto di surriscaldamento generato dal processo di fermentazione, cercando di mantenere la birra ad una temperatura pi\u00f9 stabile possibile: in questo modo tutti i lieviti\/enzimi possono lavorare nelle condizioni migliori.<\/p>\n<p>Finita la fase di fermentazione la Birra viene portata a circa 1\u00b0C per permettere la sedimentazione delle parti in sospensione e completare il processo di maturazione.<\/p>\n<p>Potenza frigorifera totale: 50 kW&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>**********&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A packaged <strong>air-cooled water chiller<\/strong> with axial fans and <strong>scroll hermetic compressors<\/strong> serving the Vertiga brewery in Rossano Veneto (VI).<\/p>\n<p>The customer needed an unit for the production of chilled water at -2\u00b0C in order to guarantee the correct temperature during the different stages of beer production.<\/p>\n<p>The decision was to install a <strong>Compact-Y MD TCAEY 250<\/strong> chiller in low temperature configuration, a unit with high efficiency at partial loads, in a silenced version, with an integrated pump with basic head pressure and internal hydraulic piping in 304 stainless steel.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the brewing process (at a temperature of approximately 100\u00b0C) the beer is passed through a heat exchanger fed in counterflow by the water previously cooled by the Rhoss unit (In 3\u00b0C Out -2\u00b0C) in order to control the outlet temperature of the beer (between 10\u00b0-20\u00b0C depending on the type).<\/p>\n<p>When this phase is concluded the beer is stored in the fermenters where the chilled water produced by the Chiller counteracts the overheating effect generated by the fermentation process, trying to keep the beer at a temperature as stable as possible: in this way all the yeasts\/enzymes can work at the best conditions.<\/p>\n<p>After the fermentation phase the beer is brought down to about 1\u00b0C to allow the sedimentation of the suspended parts and complete the maturation
