E-MOBILITY"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Il nuovo stabilimento <strong>ABB E-mobility<\/strong> di San Giovanni Valdarno \u00e8 il pi\u00f9 grande sito produttivo italiano del gruppo ABB destinato alla produzione di stazioni di ricarica in corrente continua \u2013 un vero e proprio centro di eccellenza per ricerca e sviluppo, progettazione, ingegnerizzazione e produzione di sistemi di ricarica per qualsiasi tipo di veicolo alimentato con batterie elettrochimiche.<br \/>\nLa struttura si distingue inoltre perch\u00e8 mira ad ottenere la certificazione<strong> gold level LEED<\/strong>, lo standard indipendente riconosciuto a livello mondiale per la progettazione, la costruzione e la gestione di edifici eco-compatibili.<\/p>\n<p>La struttura dispone di impianti di climatizzazione a tutt&#8217;aria che coniugano efficienza energetica, sostenibilit\u00e0 e ottimali condizioni di comfort e salubrit\u00e0 per circa 500 persone.<br \/>\nNell\u2019intero stabilimento la climatizzazione \u00e8 affidata a una rete di ventilazione del tipo a tutt\u2019aria, attestata su <strong>18 Centrali Trattamento Aria ADV- Next Air<\/strong> RHOSS tutte con possibilit\u00e0 di funzionamento in free cooling.<br \/>\nTutte le centrali di trattamento aria sono situate sulla copertura, in prossimit\u00e0 dei cavedi tecnici al servizio delle diverse zone dello stabilimento con lo scopo di minimizzare la lunghezza delle reti e le conseguenti dispersioni termiche.<\/p>\n<p>La scelta delle unit\u00e0 Rhoss per il trattamento dell\u2019aria \u00e8 stata orientata da pi\u00f9 fattori:<br \/>\n&#8211; la volont\u00e0 di utilizzare macchine in <strong>classe A+<\/strong> e in grado di garantire le migliori condizioni igienico-sanitarie dell\u2019aria.<br \/>\n&#8211; le s<strong>uperiori prestazioni termoisolanti<\/strong> dei pannelli di rivestimento delle UTA<br \/>\n&#8211; la possibilit\u00e0 di impiegare <strong>filtri<\/strong> battericidi in tutte le unit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Per evitare infatti che i virus patogeni possano proliferare grazie ai microorganismi presenti nell\u2019aria, le UTA sono state equipaggiate con i <strong>filtri Airsuite<\/strong> con funzione biocida.<br \/>\nComplessivamente i volumi dell\u2019aria trattati sono nell\u2019ordine di <strong>422.800 m3\/h,<\/strong> di cui 127.500 m3\/h per l\u2019aria primaria in mandata e 378.300 m3\/h per la ripresa, a fronte di un ricambio minimo dell\u2019aria garantito nell\u2019ordine di 6,5 l\/s per persona (23,4 m3\/h) negli spazi produttivi e di 10 l\/s (36 m3\/h) in uffici, spogliatoi e mensa.<br \/>\nIn ogni stagione la temperatura ambiente pu\u00f2 essere modificata in funzione alla temperatura esterna e la distribuzione dell\u2019aria \u00e8 realizzata per garantire che il flusso immesso nei locali si misceli adeguatamente con l\u2019aria ambiente, in tutto il volume occupato.<\/p>\n<p>Portata d&#8217;aria complessiva: 422.800 \u201cSostenibilit\u00e0 e Comfort per la mobilit\u00e0 elettrica\u201d Fabrizio Corbe<\/h6>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>**********<\/p>\n<p>The new <strong>ABB E-mobility plant<\/strong> in San Giovanni Valdarno is the ABB Group&#8217;s largest Italian production site for DC charging stations &#8211; a centre of excellence for research and development, design, engineering and production of charging systems for any type of vehicle powered by electrochemical batteries.<br \/>\nThe facility also stands out because it aims to achieve <strong>gold level LEED<\/strong> certification, the globally recognised independent standard for the design, construction and management of eco-friendly buildings.<\/p>\n<p>The facility has full-air air-conditioning systems that combine energy efficiency, sustainability and optimal comfort and health conditions for around 500 people.<br \/>\nThroughout the entire factory, air conditioning is provided by an full-air ventilation network, based on <strong>18 ADV- Next Air RHOSS Air Handling Units<\/strong>, all with the possibility of free cooling operation.<br \/>\nAll the air handling units are located on the roof, close to the technical shafts serving the various areas of the plant, with the aim of minimising the length of the networks and the consequent heat dispersion.<\/p>\n<p>The choice of Rhoss units for air treatment was guided by several factors:<br \/>\n&#8211; the desire to use machines in <strong>class A+<\/strong> and able to guarantee the best air hygiene conditions<br \/>\n&#8211; the <strong>superior thermal insulation performance<\/strong> of the AHU panels<br \/>\n&#8211; the possibility of using bactericidal <strong>filters<\/strong> in all units.<\/p>\n<p>In order to prevent pathogenic viruses from proliferating thanks to microorganisms in the air, the AHUs have been equipped with <strong>Airsuite filters<\/strong> with a biocidal function.<br \/>\nOverall, the total air flow rate are in the order of<strong> 422,800 m3\/h<\/strong>, of which 127,500 m3\/h for primary supply air and 378,300 m3\/h for return air, against a guaranteed minimum air change in the order of 6.5 l\/s per person (23.4 m3\/h) in the production areas and 10 l\/s (36 m3\/h) in the offices, changing rooms and canteen.<br \/>\nIn each season, the room temperature can be modified according to the outside temperature, and the air distribution is designed to ensure that the flow into the rooms mixes adequately with the ambient air, throughout the occupied volume.<\/p>\n<p>Total air flow rate: 422.800
