Riqualifica energetica degli impianti termici in una famosa Villa d’Epoca del 18° secolo.
Situata nel cuore della Lombardia, questa dimora storica venne costruita nel 1750 da una delle più importanti famiglie nobiliari milanesi. La villa, che si estende per quasi 17.000 metri quadrati, è composta da 79 camere da letto, 17 sale riunioni e numerosi altri ambienti, con affreschi barocchi splendidamente conservati, simboli dell’aristocrazia milanese, oltre ad una cappella, una biblioteca e un giardino all’italiana.
Questo progetto ha riguardato la sostituzione degli impianti consentendo un miglioramento dell’efficienza energetica dell’impianto del 30 %, ed un conseguente risparmio economico oltre che un beneficio ambientale.
In questa villa storica tutti i fan coils esistenti sono stati sostituiti con modelli inverter Rhoss: 135 Fan coils YARDY-I EV3 che permettono di regolare la temperatura in modo preciso e di conseguenza ridurre ulteriormente i consumi.
Ventilconvettori con filtro biocida Air’Suite per un’aria più sana e pulita negli ambienti interni.

Energy requalification of thermal systems in a famous 18th-century historic Villa.
Located in the heart of Lombardy, this historic residence was built in 1750 by one of Milan’s most important noble families. The villa, which covers nearly 17,000 square meters, consists of 79 bedrooms, 17 meeting rooms, and numerous other rooms, with beautifully preserved Baroque frescoes, symbols of the Milanese aristocracy, as well as a chapel, a library, and an Italian garden.
This project involved the replacement of the facilities, allowing a 30 percent improvement in the energy efficiency of the facility, and a consequent cost saving as well as an environmental benefit.
In this historic villa, all existing fan coils were replaced with Rhoss inverter models: 135 YARDY-I EV3 fan coils that allow accurate temperature control and consequently further reduce consumption.
