Un impianto HVAC completo ad alta efficienza, progettato dallo studio Savener, è stato installato presso il Registro De la Propiedad nella città di Siviglia (Spagna).
Trattandosi di una ristrutturazione e sostituzione dell’impianto esistente, il cliente ha mantenuto operativo il sistema HVAC presente mentre veniva modificato e sostituito dal nuovo progetto ad alta efficienza energetica.
In questo edificio sono state installate una pompa di calore Rhoss ad alta efficienza della gamma WINPOWER ECO mod. THAETU 4450 abbinata ad una unità polivalente EXP-system della gamma WINPACK ECO EXP mod. TXAEQU 4330 in R454B in versione supersilenziata, per un totale di circa 1 MW.
Unità che rispondono perfettamente ai requisiti richiesti dal cliente, non solo per le caratteristiche tecniche, ma anche per le ridotte dimensioni e il gas ecologico R454B a basso GWP.Oltre alle nuove unità installate è stata riprogettata la rete di distribuzione idraulica e il sistema di gestione, monitoraggio e controllo MTM, passando da un sistema a portata fissa ad un sistema a portata variabile.
Multi Technology Manager (MTM), è il nuovo sistema progettato da Rhoss per gestire in perfetta armonia più unità idroniche, garantendo sicurezza e affidabilità dell’impianto.

A complete high-efficiency HVAC system, designed by the Savener team, was installed at the Registro de la Propiedad in the city of Seville (Spain).
As this was a refurbishment and replacement of the existing system, the client kept the existing HVAC system operational while it was modified and replaced by the new energy efficient project.
In this building, a Rhoss high-efficiency heat pump WINPOWER ECO range mod. THAETU 4450 with a multi-purpose EXP-system unit WINPACK ECO EXP range mod. TXAEQU 4330 in R454B in supersilenced version, for a total cooling capacity about 1 MW, were installed. These units perfectly meet the customer’s requirements, not only for their technical characteristics, but also for their reduced size and low-GWP R454B ecological refrigerant gas.
In addition to the new units installed, the hydraulic distribution network and the MTM management, monitoring and control system was redesigned, switching from a fixed flow system to a variable flow system.
Multi Technology Manager (MTM) is the new system designed by Rhoss to manage several hydronic units in perfect harmony, guaranteeing system safety and reliability.
