A Tailor-Made HVAC System for Luxury Hospitality
Vista Ostuni is a five-star luxury hotel belonging to the Vista brand and a proud member of The Leading Hotels of the World. The property was created through the redevelopment of the former Tobacco Factory, a landmark building dating back to the 14th century, transformed into an outstanding example of contemporary hospitality architecture.
Opened in July 2025, Vista Ostuni quickly became a benchmark for luxury hospitality, where historical heritage blends seamlessly with elegant design, innovation and sustainability.
The hotel spans over 6,000 m² across five floors and features 1,200 m² of panoramic terraces surrounded by three hectares of Mediterranean gardens.
Its facilities include 28 exclusive rooms and suites, refined restaurants and bars, a wellness spa, a fitness centre, three swimming pools, and a spectacular rooftop garden with an Infinity Bar overlooking the surrounding landscape.
The Rhoss Solution
To ensure outstanding indoor comfort in every season while meeting the highest standards of energy efficiency, Rhoss supplied a 4-pipe HVAC system specifically engineered for the hotel’s requirements.
The installation includes:
- 2 WINPACK ECO EXP TXAETU 4300 multi-purpose units, operating with R454B refrigerant, for the simultaneous production of hot and chilled water serving the terminal units;
- 2 FLOW BOOSTER EVO TOHETL 170 units dedicated to domestic hot water (DHW) production;
- 1 DRY POOL DAESY 112 dehumidification unit serving the indoor swimming pool;
- 1 ADV-CUSTOM 1461-4025 air handling unit, equipped with integrated controls, serving the restaurant and the multi-purpose areas.
The result is a tailor-made HVAC solution that combines maximum year-round comfort, high energy efficiency, reduced environmental impact, and exceptionally low noise levels, perfectly matching the standards of a luxury hospitality destination.
