SAP Business Analyst
The company is currently going through a phase of major change due to the implementation of the new SAP S/4HANA ERP version; this is therefore a particularly interesting time for a person willing to take on this challenge. The person, reporting to the IT Manager, will be included in an existing team with the aim of coordinating and supporting the implementation of complex projects in the area of SAP and IT in general, as well as ensuring the maintenance and ongoing development of the company’s ERP.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Collaborate on the implementation of the new ERP version SAP S/4HANA
- Assess organisational needs and business processes to identify how the SAP ERP can optimise operations and achieve specific objectives.
- Design, customise and implement tailor-made SAP solutions in response to specific business requirements, including system configuration, independently and/or with System Integrator support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather business requirements ensuring data integrity and system performance.
- Manage SAP system performance on a daily basis, conduct testing and troubleshooting.
- Provide training and support to end users, ensuring proper use and ongoing maintenance of the company ERP.
- Document SAP systems, procedures and processes to maintain clarity and support future development of the corporate ERP.
- Stay up-to-date on SAP technologies, industry trends to maintain expertise.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE
1-5 years’ experience on SAP, either from consultancy or company
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Knowledge of the main SAP modules in SAP ECC and SAP HANA versions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to lead the implementation of complex projects
- Good knowledge of English
STUDIES
Degree in management engineering, computer science, business administration or related fields.
PERSONAL SKILLS
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Intrapreneurship and autonomy in achieving objectives
- A passion for information technology or previous experience in the help desk field is an asset

- Provide first-level technical support to users by solving problems related to PCs, devices, and network services.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, providing quick and effective solutions to ensure user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to solve more complex or recurring problems at the next level.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software for users, following procedures established by the organization.
- Enforce systems security policies by complying with company procedures and industry regulations.
