Junior supply chain officer

The resource will be in charge of following, after a general framing in the procurement function, a PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) project to reduce warehouse obsolescence. The project will involve onboarding and training within our Supply Chain team.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

  • Map the warehouse obsolescence management process, identifying each step and the related activities involved.Define the specific objectives of the project based on the areas of criticism noted, such as reducing the volume of obsolete items.
  • Identify the resources needed to implement the project, including personnel, budget, and technology tools.
  • Actively collaborate with the inbound logistics team to optimize supply management and reduce obsolescence.
  • Communicate with entities involved in generating obsolete items, such as UT (Technical Units), ACQ (Purchasing), and other procurement departments.
  • Continuously monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of actions taken.
  • Develop detailed project progress reports, using business intelligence tools as necessary.
  • Identify any variances from targets and make corrections as necessary.
  • Based on analysis of results and feedback collected, make continuous improvements to the process.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to understand their needs and adjust supply management policies accordingly

    • Warehouse worker - forklift operator
      The resource will be placed within the service department warehouse. Specifically, he/she will be responsible for: - Loading, unloading and handling goods specifically using the side cart with elevation up to 8.5 meters; - Organize and maintain the warehouse in order, ensuring that parts are arranged in a logical and accessible manner to facilitate retrieval and shipping; - Receive, check and accurately record goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring that documents and orders match; - Carry out order picking according to customer requirements, accurately preparing parts for shipment; - Keep track of available inventory quantities, reporting any low stock or damage to goods to ensure proper reordering; - Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and customer service, to ensure effective communication and coordinated management of warehouse operations (through the use of tools such as outlook). MAIN ACTIVITIES:

    • Quality Assurance Specialist
      Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, the person will have the opportunity to make professional contributions in order to improve internal processes, generate and monitor quality KPIs, and strengthen and spread the culture of quality. MAIN ACTIVITIES:
      • Propose ideas for improving the level of qualityDefine and implement process and product procedures and standards
      • Define quality control specifications
      • Plan and carry out inspection checks
      • Monitor business processes to verify the application of protocols and compliance with predefined procedures

    • After-sales technician
      Although not physically and manually operating on the products, the figure within the service department will have to deal with technical assistance, providing support to customers, distributors, service centres for technical problems on products of the entire Rhoss range, by means of ordinary communication tools or by means of field work. The resource will be in charge of collecting experiences and information and sharing them with company. MAIN ACTIVITIES:
      • Manage and close e-mail and telephone reports to customers
      • Support technical service centres by telephone
      • Carry out occasional domestic and foreign travel to support service technicians in solving problems
      • Carry out verification and analysis of technical intervention reports
      • Deliver training courses to technicians and customers
      • Provide trouble-shooting
    • Electrician
      Following the instructions of the department head and shift manager, he is in charge of electrical assembly on the machine MAIN ACTIVITIES:
      • Electrical assembly on the machine (electrical panels already wired)
      • Assemble the metalwork of electrical panels
      • Electrical panel -machine connection (set up cable ducts, position components, identify terminals and connect cables, switches, sockets, terminals according to the specifications in the wiring diagram).
    • Welders/brazers
      The person will work in our 'macro' department, i.e. the department dedicated to large tailor-made units (tailored to our customers' needs). He/she will be in charge of braze welding for the construction of a refrigeration circuit.  MAIN ACTIVITIES:

    • Export Manager
      Reports directly to the Export Sales Director, the Export Manager will be responsible for the development and commercial management of the area assigned to him/her and will also be the contact person for the French branch.  MAIN ACTIVITIES:
      • He/she is responsible for the Rhoss France branch in terms of growth and development of the related market
      • He/she is responsible for managing distributors and customers in the assigned areas both in terms of developing new distributors and customers, and maintaining and expanding the existing customer and distributor portfolio.
      • Negotiating contracts with existing and new customers
      • Ensuring compliance with all export policies and procedures and regulations
    • HVAC software designer and developer
      The person within the technical department and more specifically within the software area will be responsible for designing and implementing automation applications for our products and managing the product unit parameterisation system. The software designer reports to the technical director and coordinates with all design disciplines in the company. MAIN ACTIVITIES:
      • Manage the automatic parameterisation system of produced units and follow the workflow of special units from the parameterisation point of view, as well as update the parameterisation of units in the field
      • Manage remote supervision systems
      • Design, implement and maintain automation applications in the HVAC field, using proprietary development environments for both machine control and user interaction interfaces
      • Design, implement and upkeep client/server applications for internal use relating to the automation of machine software commissioning
      • Produce and upkeep software documentation
      • Train internal staff and provide technical assistance on products within their competence
      • Configure electronic devices from external manufacturers (e.g. supervisors, electronic boards for conversion between industrial protocols) as well as provide assistance on the same
